Good swimming development is about progression - and progression into higher levels of swimming and water skills. And we are certain if you don't make the dizzy heights of becoming an Olympic swimmer - we are certain you definitely develop high levels of skills in all four strokes - and have lots of fun along the way!
Why we use Noddle Floats
Body Position is king! In the world of swimming - at any level - so we start the process as we mean to go on - and thats with body position development using the primary float THE NOODLE! We often place the Long Noddle Float around the back area of the beginner swimmer this bring s the legs up - and places the body position correctly , and addition to placing the body position up it also places the legs in the perfect place for kicking - from here work begins on maintaining the body position and development to take place
Kids love Noodle Floats
The young swimmer will find Noodle Float Kicking practice a truly enjoyable experience as kicking and progressive movement can take place with relatively easy movements, and the learner can feel happy and secure - bubble blowing and face in the water practice - building confidence with face under water and blowing bubble are key to development!
Dolphin Armband Discs
The other learn to swim training aid is the Dolphin Arm Band s or Discs - A perfect addition to the Noodle - the float round shaped discs can be added too or removed as the learner swimmer progresses with strength and skill - they are also perfect for the arms and legs swimming - a drill like movement know as underwater reach swimming - this is a vital development skill we teach - it reinforces the good body position development process - and then enhances progression!
